You, regular reader, may have noticed that the site has been down for some time. This is due to the fact that the company who is hosting my database screwed up. Twice. Worse than that, I was the only person who diagnosed the problem, both times.

Now, I (occasionally) work as an IT consultant. But I don't work for my hosting company. I really don't enjoy being Mr. Fixit all the time.

At any rate, things are working again. Soon I'll be moving my database, too.
