OK, the Atkins Diet has officially turned the corner. I just saw an ad on TV for reduced carb pet food. Wait! There’s another one for low carb light beer (ha!). Don’t forget those new pasta products which tout things like “only 3 grams of digestible carbs.” Doesn’t that sound kind of off to you? We are totally fucking carb crazy. People, this is carbophobic behavior! It’s hurting the good, decent bakers and pasta makers of this country. Stand up for carbs, my friends. Then, sit down to eat them.
